Respect for creative rights
NewsCrestle was founded on 18 July 2026 as a TJVerse Group platform. Jerry Vasoya is the owner and publisher. The editorial operation is based in Surat, Gujarat, India, and serves readers internationally through language-specific editions.
NewsCrestle expects writers, editors, users, and partners to use text, images, code, and trademarks lawfully. We create, license, credit, or rely on a valid exception for material we publish. A credit does not replace permission when permission is required.
Elements of a copyright notice
A notice should identify the protected work, identify the allegedly infringing material with an exact URL, provide the complainant's contact details, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, state under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized, and include a physical or electronic signature.
Send complete notices to legal@newscrestle.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.” Vague requests, screenshots without URLs, or notices concerning material outside our control may delay review.
Review and action
We assess whether the notice is complete, whether the material is under our control, and whether an exception or license may apply. We may temporarily restrict material while investigating. When appropriate, we remove or disable access, notify the contributor, preserve relevant records, and document the decision.
Counter-notification
A person who believes material was removed through mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief in error, providing contact information and required jurisdictional consent, and adding a signature. Counter-notices may be forwarded to the original claimant.
Misrepresentation and repeat infringement
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can cause harm and legal liability. The process must not be used to silence criticism, remove facts that are not protected by copyright, or pursue trademark and privacy disputes under the wrong procedure. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.
Other rights and contact
Trademark, privacy, defamation, and confidentiality complaints should identify the applicable right and requested remedy instead of being labeled DMCA automatically. This policy is procedural information, not legal advice.
